Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@gemsofresistance.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gemsofresistance.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
